Jacob was able to diagnose the leak on our Navien unit, showed me how to do the yearly maintenance. Cleaned up the unit after he was done, leaving it cleaner than it was. Super happy to have hot water again. Would definetly call them again.
Doesnt Matter2023-01-10We requested a quote from Skrt Plumbing for the installation of a Navien Combi-boiler tankless water heater and hydronic floor heating system and their fees and pricing were very competitive. We proceeded with the purchase and they did an excellent job installing the new system, cleaned up the entire work area including hauling away the old water heater and parts away, they completed all necessary follow up adjustments and then ensured we were 100% satisfied with the new system and their services. We are extremely pleased with Skrt Plumbing and Heatings personable service and we highly recommend them to our friends and family.
