Great expereince using these guys.

Skrt asked to show up ahead of schedule which worked out for me. Jacob was able to diagnose the leak on our Navien unit, showed me how to do the yearly maintenance. Cleaned up the unit after he was done, leaving it cleaner than it was.

We requested a quote from Skrt Plumbing for the installation of a Navien Combi-boiler tankless water heater and hydronic floor heating system and their fees and pricing were very competitive. We proceeded with the purchase and they did an excellent job installing the new system, cleaned up the entire work area including hauling away the old water heater and parts away, they completed all necessary follow up adjustments and then ensured we were 100% satisfied with the new system and their services. I found Skrt through Google search and was very happy with our services. From the initial phone call, they were very friendly and informative. We were in a situation where our hot water tank under warranty needed to be replaced and Skrt and myself had to deal with both the manufacture and supplier. Due to this, the process was more complicated but Skrt was helpful the entire time.
